wherein Liz renews her state tax prep certification

New York opened its 2019 filing season CE program on Tuesday, and today I registered, enrolled, and have been trudging through the required 4 credit hours. It's the same stuff it is every year, and as usual, a whole bunch of it is inapplicable to me because I work for Not the IRS rather than as an independent tax preparer.

Ah well, a couple of the charts and linked files have been useful enough to download or print for reference, so it's not completely pointless.
