Talked to Vicky last night, who was peeved about me not contacting any family last week. We also agreed that our parents are very good at the subtle, inadvertant type of pressure, the kind you mostly don't notice because it's just The Way Things Are, and Of Course You Do Things This Way.
We love them anyway.
