in the right mental place for writing "Secrets," I think...
Long and boring day at work. Sent the latest chapter of "Tides" off to ff.net, answered some reviews over at FA, and otherwise have done nothing of note.
Got another 250 words of "Secrets" done last night, and I have every intention of finishing scene 4 tonight -- possibly scene 5 as well, if I'm on a roll. (Stupid libraries are all closed and I'm all alone in the house, so there's literally nothing else to do. Well, unless I work on a different story, but Ginny's stopped wibbling at me that Tom could never do anything like that, he's her friend, he helps her, etc., etc. So I want to get moving while I'm in the right mental place.)
