Oh, you misunderstood what I said. The chapter I'm looking at is 238, right before the Kakashi gaidin, when we see them all meet and state that they would take Kyuubi in three years. Hmm, looking at that chapter again though, it seems I was wrong. The shadow that made the comment looks like it should be sasori.
