I hear you about Yuletide spoons. I started my letter today, managed the intro and outro, then did a feeble request on one fandom and the keyboard dropped from my nerveless hands. I have no idea what other fandoms I'll even ask for; I think I may be going on the "do a writeup first, realize you can't really write this one up, drop that, pick a fandom you can write up."
