I'm actually going to tell him I will take over all ads from now on. In return, I'm going to foist off even more tenant-interaction work onto him, because he's much better at in-person and telephone conversation and talking people down from emotional heights. I would a thousand times rather keep track of stuff on a website than try to sort out interpersonal conflicts!

Also, this way I can make sure all our ads are coordinated and use the same wording. Before I moved to the downtown office, their ads were... I think rudimentary is the best way to phrase it. *wry*
