He lost the running for Worst Tenant for a while to the guy who was terrorizing his neighbors in one of our other buildings, but we got that guy out (and hopefully into some kind of treatment program), so fake!FBI guy has reclaimed his crown. *sigh*

Mr. Geniality is still out today, so I am covering more apartment tours and postponing my normal summer tasks yet again. Ah well, the tours are more immediately important.
