3 things: shoes, computer, and family

1. Started wearing my new black sneakers today. Ow, pinch, ow, squeeze, ow, rub, OW. Will be worth it in a few days, though, and they're already better than my old shoes -- the soles don't leak.

2. I get my computer back Wednesday! (...probably)

3. Mom will visit this weekend, yay! Our plan is to see seven or eight scattered mini-exhibits that make up a thing about the decade when silent films were made in Ithaca. Plus dinner and lunch and stuff, of course. :-)
