"Apartment Manager" progresses, slowly. Ye olde demonstration of the three teammates' skills to each other -- necessary, since they've never worked together before -- took more space than I expected. (That's mostly Yukiko's fault, since she kept talking through hers and I couldn't summarize it as readily as I could for Naga and Iruka.) I'm already at 4,000 words and Iruka hasn't yet met Naruto, which must happen in this chapter!

*sigh*

Oh well, at least I have a party to look forward to tonight.

And I've successfully tormented poor teenage Iruka, which was my other goal for this chapter. *evil grin*
