I have been spoiled pretty thoroughly, both by reading people's episode reaction posts in real time, and by reading fanfic these past few weeks. I am pretty relaxed about spoilers, since generally I am more interested in seeing how a story gets to certain places than in having those places be a complete surprise to me.
