This morning, the bus was 20 minutes late. The woman driving it then proceeded to scrupulously follow speed limit signs all the way along the route. I kept finding myself leaning forward, muttering under my breath, and trying to floor a nonexistent accelerator. It's kind of disconcerting to find yourself trying to send telepathic messages of "Faster, you idiot, faster!" to your bus driver.

What's even weirder is that I usually doze through my morning ride, so this shouldn't ever have been an issue.

Eh. Life's just irritating sometimes.
