Yeah, that's why it's in the top ten at all. BUT! The thing is, "More Sins Than Condemnation" is the third fic in the "What Isn't Broken" series, so people just clicking on through should hit "With a Vengeance" first, which should give it an equal or greater hit count. Except "With a Vengeance" is only at #11 or #12 by hit count, so clearly people are finding (or rereading) the Kakashi-and-Iruka story more than they're finding (or rereading) the Naruto-and-Sakura story. And that I put down entirely to character and pairing preferences. :-)

(That is in no way a bad thing, btw. People like what they like, and more power to everyone -- the world would be very boring if we all had exactly the same preferences! It's mostly just an observational note.)
