Fan? Eh, loosely speaking, yes. That is, I never watched the show faithfully, but I liked it (and I never watch any tv faithfully, so the unfaithfulness doesn't mean much), and I do read BTVS fic and so on.

If you will note carefully, the reference to not killing people with railroad spikes is, in fact, a nod to Spike. :-)
