To summarize, ff.net has removed the first and second reviews from Critics United members and my story remains up, but the third and fourth Critics United reviews also remain up and the text of the badly-worded content rule has not been clarified. So it's something of a draw -- I am winning the argument about my story in particular, but the situation in general has not improved for other writers who will almost certainly be targeted under the same misinterpretation of the rule.
