20-odd years of life, squeezed into boxes
Am attempting to pack the contents of my room in my parents' house.
Dear god, HOW THE FUCK did I accumulate SO MUCH JUNK???
The books I understand. I can't remember a time I wasn't accumulating books. I had so many by the time I was 7 years old that I started alphabetizing them. (My mom's a librarian. I think it may be genetic.) I have five bookcases full of books, several with books sitting on top of them since I needed a way to create extra shelves and had no more floorspace for another bookcase.
The clothes make a certain amount of sense as well, as do the stuffed animals, the candles, and the houseplants. Okay, and the collection of interesting glass bottles, because I am weirdly drawn to glass bottles.
But I cannot for the LIFE of me figure out where all the other crud came from! And I'm not sure what to DO with a lot of it either...
*sigh*
I need more boxes.
