Well, they're (probably) not the ones dying this time since they're all out of school and thus ineligible as champions, but who knows what might go wrong with one or more of the tasks...? :-/ And yeah, they all, for their various reasons, know how powerful tradition and entertainment are and how little those forces care for the lives they deform or destroy.
