I am really counting on Naruto's magic therapy powers to fix Eiji's situation: both sides have reasonable goals, both sides are willing to kill to protect their goals... it's going to be really rough plotting a clean way out of this. It might be worth mentioning how much less Konoha goes in for forced breeding, but I suspect you'd be scraping a lot of clan pressure under the rug.
