pepper update, Thursday 12/22/16

On Wednesday night I harvested my two ripe peppers (from the repotted plant and the plant that lost an entire branch to squirrels). I then cleaned, chopped, and froze the peppers for later use. I caught a bus down to New Jersey on Thursday morning, you see, and I wanted to get them taken care of before I left.

They were small but gorgeous, and I am sure they will taste delicious when I eventually turn them into food. :)
