Tying an activity to a normal thing you do can be as simple as taking a minute to do a couple of squats, or toe-touches, whenever you finish going to the bathroom. You can do it in seconds, so it shouldn't overburden your schedule.

Also, I'm finding that taking five minutes to do yoga stretches as I get ready for bed helps me sleep better, and feel less like the Tin Man needing his oil can when I wake up.

And finally, if you can give yourself a 2- to 5-minute break in the day to just sit and focus on breathing, it can really help. I use a kitchen timer so I don't have to do anything *but* breathe.
