wherein Liz gets (partially) vaccinated :)
I got my first vaccine dose this morning before work -- the Tompkins County registration list came through for me again a few days ago and I nabbed a slot within five minutes of receiving the notification email.
They were using the Pfizer vaccine today, and my second shot is scheduled for Wednesday, April 28.
Everything was set up very smoothly and efficiently, and I wound up getting to work about half an hour early since there didn't seem to be much point in going home for only twenty minutes or so.
I also wound up staying a little late to finish off a lease, because today was The Day Of All The New Leases. All singletons, alas (it is much easier to rent a studio than a 3-bedroom apartment, generally, though we do have some potential groups on the hook), but we'll take it.
Tomorrow will be The Day Of All The Tours, which on the one hand is good (yay prospective tenants!) but on the other hand is a time-sink and requires me to be personable, which, blargh.
And then Sunday I have a whole day free because my specific Not the IRS office is closed on account of Easter. I do not celebrate Easter (aside from buying a stash of Cadbury creme eggs), so I will probably spend the day sleeping in, doing some light apartment tidying, and puttering around with seeds and flowerpots and such.
