I have now read all the Homestuck pages. All of them. (Or at least all of them that currently exist)

I am caught up to real time with Homestuck, as of the 2/9/12 updates. Yay! ...I am getting very confused about what exactly is going on with the Alpha kids' session, and this mysterious uranianUmbra troll -- I thought at first she (I think UU says ze is female at some point? and also is a Prospit dreamer, with a brother on Derse? I didn't think trolls had siblings...) might be the Condesce, but that seems less likely now. Unless maybe she's from the scratched session in the trolls' universe? Or who the hell knows, anyway. I am sure whatever the eventual explanation is, it will make sense when it's revealed and will not be anything I see coming now. But anyway, I am caught up!

Now I am going to go watch [S] Cascade again and then go to bed. I need my beauty sleep. :-)

Yeah, the horns made it pretty clear UU is a new troll. The question then becomes, what relationship does her session have to any of the previous/ongoing sessions? Like, is it possible for more than one session to run at the same time from the same planet? Or must she be from a completely new session?

Speaking of which, how many sessions have there been so far? Two for the trolls -- one scratched, one screwed up by Jack Noir -- then two for the humans -- one scratched, one ongoing -- plus obviously whatever session created the trolls' universe in the first place (and may have created them, too, since I vaguely recall that the reason Lord English was able to try entering their universe was that they hadn't initially been created in their own session, which is a known occasional glitch in SBURB), plus whatever session UU is in. Which is either four or six, depending on how you count the scratched sessions.

I'm confused re: the kids' session too. Bleargh. Apart from how it's kinda like the trolls session used to be, with the Sufferer's generation being the players and failing because they were all peace and love and then resetting the game but OH OOPS they'd been swapped with their ancestors so they didn't get to replay the game a first time (and poor Suff', remembering all that peace and love crap)... that's all I really get, though, because apparently Earth also got a lot of sneak-alteration between John's session and Jane's.

No, the horns are all wrong-shaped for the Condesce, hers are mostly straight with a slight curve outwards. Actually they're wrong shaped for any troll we know. There's theories around that she's the Ophiuchus troll or however that's spelled. XD Serpent-bearer, 13th constellation or something. Maybe there's also a 14th and that's her "brother". And I think she didn't say he was her brother, she said they were related genetically and the relation was similar to Dirk calling Dave his brother even though genetically they're more like a really weird mix of father/son/father timeliney shenanigans. If you consider trolls reproduce via "incestuous genetic slurry"... hm. *pondery*
(my own theory was that she was the Handmaid, Aradia's ancestor, but the horns are really wrong for that too. sad!)

I think a lot of the sneak-alteration is due to Lord English now being in their universe? There's a bit in Cascade while the two universes are being destroyed where this weird sponge-with-holes graphic sort of punches into both the red and the blue starscapes, which might be Lord English entering both universes. And also for some reason the Condesce is a LOT more active this time around. Down with the batterwitch!

I think that the most likely thing that's going on with UU is that she's playing in the daughter universe of the Alpha session, which will be successfully completed. It has trolls because Kanaya is going to rekindle her species there. Probably using a matriorb that they reverse-alchemetize from stuff using Jane's Recipe modus.

The Condesce, on the other hand, is both Betty Crocker, and the Usurper who has taken over Derse. She's got her own plans, undoubtedly. Probably also involving troll re-population, with another empire and endless conquest of other species.

Yes, the line about the new queen's ridiculous hat (no wait, it's called hair) is a pretty good sign that the Condesce has taken over Derse. Also the red drone-like game construct enemies with her symbol on their heads that Jane saw in Skaia's clouds. :-)
