I think my sinuses have started to drain -- I have the indefinably horrible taste on the roof of my mouth that generally accompanies that phenomenon. Also, I have been coughing a LOT, but it's a wet, productive sort of cough -- phlegm is visibly being forced out of my lungs, yay! -- rather than a dry, hacking cough, so eh, progress.

I also slept twelve hours, then took a half-hour nap two hours after getting up, then another half-hour nap upon returning home from the grocery store. I have no idea why I am so tired today -- a drowning, dizzy whirlpool sort of tiredness -- when I was more or less fine on that front yesterday. Illness is baffling. It really, truly is.

I managed to write a few hundred words last night, though not to finish anything postable. I am going to try to repeat that trick tonight. Wish me luck!
