writing update - "Secrets"

Chapter 10 is half-finished, yay! I'd been poking at the Valentine's Day scene in bits and pieces for a while, but today I finally got into it and it all went by in one go -- whoosh, just like that. *dances* And since I am still sick, I will be going home again in about 5 minutes, and possibly getting the Valentine's Day evening scene done as well, as long as I'm on a roll.

It's nice when everything clicks into place.

Yes. I have decided that while Tom has Harry shunted into that memory/vision thingy, he's going to take his 'astral' self and go torment Ginny. Which will be So Much Fun to write!

I didn't like writing the Valentine's Day scene, because I am overly sensitive to embarrassment (and characters getting embarrassed), but torment's all good. :-)

Say. Would you be up for editing "Locked Room Problems," just to tell me if it works as a story? I don't need a detailed character check on Giles or Indiana Jones, but I have no sense of perspective on the story flow and I was frankly flailing when I reached the end, so the ending needs all the help it can get.
