It snowed again overnight and through the morning, so I hauled the boots out from my closet and slogged through three inch deep half-melted slush en route to the library. *sigh* One thing I will say for New Jersey: you don't get this much snow down there.

...On the other hand, you get a lot more freezing rain and sleet.

You can't win with winter, I guess. (And no, moving somewhere without seasons isn't an option. My general equilibrium gets thrown all out of whack when winter doesn't happen.)

Tomorrow is for church, houseplant shopping (my poor mutant pink spot has gone to the great garden in the sky), and planning my attack on new employment opportunities. And writing, I suppose. I told Cat yesterday that I'll send her "Paint the Town" for beta by next weekend, so I really ought to actually finish the blasted thing.
