It occurred to me today, in re: my previously mentioned tiredness, that tiredness IS a known potential side effect of Celexa.

Also I hadn't been taking any iron supplement pills since Thanksgiving-ish (because I finished my old bottle and somehow kept not getting around to opening the new one) and I do have a history of not-exactly-anemia-but-still-kind-of-low iron levels.

So I'm going back to taking an iron pill a couple-three times a week, plus extra doses of my "sun" lamp when I'm home in the afternoon, plus aiming for 8.5 to 9 hours of sleep a night.

I think that combo should probably work. And if it doesn't, well, at least I'll have learned a few things that aren't the source of the issue.
