New York's state health insurance website is fairly clear to navigate, as these things go, and there are STILL multiple points where I sit every year and scratch my head and go, "I think I know what you're asking for, but the fill-ins you have provided don't quite work for my situation," and then kind of bash the data around until it slides in as close to correct as I can manage.
