From a strictly Narnian standpoint, you could achieve close-enough-to-identical results by having ANY two humans from a slightly magical alternate world (and who have some experience with the human cost of wars) accidentally stumble into Narnia. It's very likely that something along those lines DID happen on various occasions, if you assume that A) magical portals between worlds just happen sometimes (strongly supported by canon, as per the Telmarines falling into the Narnian world) and B) Aslan was probably making some effort to get humans back into Narnia to fulfill the prophecy (this is much more tenuous, but the alternative -- flat-out ignoring Narnia's woes for a century -- is deeply shady, ethically speaking).
From a Naruto standpoint, the events of this story change Tsunade and Shizune's trajectory in ways that, while not necessarily breaking canon, are certainly going to alter it around the edges.
