Mom Boss gave me and Mr. Geniality a to-do list on Wednesday afternoon. As of closing on Saturday (45 minutes late, argh!), I have done precisely... 2.3 of the items. Which is to say, I did one thing completely, I got 85% of the way through another task, and about 60% of the way through a third task.

It's not like I wasn't trying! We just kept getting interrupted by other things which were more immediately important, like tours and renting apartments that are currently vacant. But I find it personally annoying how little progress I made on that list.

...

I may poke at one of the other items on Sunday, since video editing is a thing I have been vaguely interested in learning about for my own reasons. The work-related reason, of course, is so that I and/or Mr. Geniality can yank the virtual tour editing job away from Lawyer Man (who should never have grabbed that job in the first place). I am completely in favor of that, but also... I am not entirely sure when I will have time?

Especially since next week's to-do list is just as packed as this week's, and I will be spending Monday up in Collegetown continuing to slog through a really large and tedious digitization task, after which (assuming I can finish it in one day, which is a BIG IF) I get to move on to updating our ads on one important housing search aggregator website.

...

Right. I'm going to make myself a Black Russian and write some fiction now.
