We are in the rental homestretch, which always gets hectic due to multiple people trying to rent the same apartments and people not understanding that a fixed lease start date is, in fact, fixed and not negotiable -- and ESPECIALLY not negotiable by two entire months.

Turnovers have also started, and therefore apartment stagings/photos/videos, which is always lovely fun and never causes any problems at all. (And if you believe that, I have some oceanfront property in Kansas I'd like to sell you.)

Oh well, at least I get paid for my overtime. *wry*
