I spent the last couple days basically sleeping and heroically going to work, including swapping shifts with J. so he could go watch a lacrosse game with his family.

In return for those good and selfless deeds, I got about $7.00 total in tips on Saturday. (Instant karma!) Maybe I sound really sexy when I'm going hoarse from a sore throat?

Today I did laundry, including my lightweight summer blanket, which had gone fusty over the winter, and which I am now switching with my comforter, because it's getting too hot for a really heavy blanket. Ah, seasons. You drive me crazy, but I love you anyway.
