Found this on

florahart's journal and thought I might as well see what I got. Basically, all this is from visiting relatives in the Midwest and Virginia, a couple trips to Cape Cod, a nostalgia tour of the Dakotas (my grandmother grew up there), and one trip to Hawaii. Technically, I'm not sure I should count California, as I was only ever in airports on said trip to Hawaii.

Anyway. Looked at the apartment and have decided to rent one of the rooms as soon as the rental agency people figure out their price listings. The rooms are decently sized, they're in reasonable shape and in a good location, and they include utilities. I want a third-floor room, as the bathrooms and kitchen are better than those on the second floor... unless the rental people get around to remodeling the second floor, in which case I'd live there for ease of laundry access. Hauling laundry baskets up and down two flights of stairs and over to a laundromat? Not my idea of fun.
