rummage sale
Aug. 28th, 2004 08:11 pmWorked at the church rummage sale from 2-4pm, during which time I finished editing "Heritage," my Gormenghast story. Go me! I will be back there 10am-4pm tomorrow, with only a bagel or granola bar for lunch. *sigh* Nevertheless, I'll probably be able to sneak a break or two and investigate the clothing and book departments. I already snagged a teakettle today.
I currently have inspiration for a number of my ongoing stories, which seems, oddly enough, to short circuit my ability to write 15-minute fics. It's as if I can only pay writing attention to a certain number of ideas at at time. I can keep tons up in storage space, but only a few get let out to play at any given moment. And right now, playtime's full. It seems silly to complain that my stories are going well, but damnit, I like writing little one-shots. *grumble grumble*
