Ha! Take that, stupid story! Chapter 8 of "Secrets" is DONE!

It's also sent to beta, because by this point I'm so sick of it I didn't want to bother printing it, waiting two days, and attacking it with the Editing Pen of Death before shipping it out. I can do that later, in concert with beta replies. And if that ends up meaning some dialogue isn't Brit-picked... well, so be it. I will simply remember not to say "gotten" and I think I'll be all right. ;-)

And in other news, holidays cards are both written and mailed. I am so productive, yo.

Now I just need to vacuum my floor, particularly around the radiator I cleaned a couple days back, which leaked dust, dirt, and what seems to be chunks of sheetrock onto my carpet. *sigh* At least now my room doesn't stink of burning dust when the heat's on.
