So I was actually moderately productive at work, and lo and behold, I was productive at home, too. Got about 200 words of "Apartment Manager" chapter 12 written, and I finished chapter 6 of "Tides." Which is no longer called "Leaders," but "Forward and Back," because I should not try to title things before I finish them. They have a tendency to go off on tangents and the original titles don't quite fit by the time I reach the end. *sigh*
I feel I'm kind of belaboring a point here, but Sakura is dancing around her own issues. And there's a certain amount of repetition inherent in this story -- you don't repair friendships overnight, and all three characters are going through the same process -- but I still think there must be a better way to do this.
Oh well. On with the story.
( Tides 06: Forward and Back )
Tomorrow evening A. from work and I are going to a young adult meeting thingywhatsit at church -- she overheard me talking to R. the other week and it turns out we're both UUs. This could be interesting. Also, the church is going to feed us.
I can be bribed into a lot of things with free pizza. :-)
