[Fic] "Bridesmaid" -- Harry Potter
May. 19th, 2005 03:53 pmThis was originally posted here on 8 October 2004, as part of
annearchy's first line drabble thingy, but I am reposting it so as to conveniently stick in my lj memories. Because I wrote it in the reply window and had no record of it for several about six months, and I don't like losing my own stories into the depths of the internet. :-)
( Bridesmaid )
----------------------------------
Am leaving work early to pick up a package, which I suspect is the Jack Vance book I ordered from SFBC a few weeks ago. *crosses fingers*
Then I will write. Because I figured out what went wrong in the last few hundred words of "Secrets" -- total mischaracterization of Ron, basically -- and I have a plan to fix it. And once that's fixed, I will be done with scene 2! And scene 3 is already finished, which means I can jump right to scene 4 and about two thousand tons of emotional/psychological torture! And cunning plans! And screaming arguments! And massive guilt trips! And! And! And!
I am really looking forward to scene 4. Can you tell?
(I mean, it's ONLY the turning point of the whole story... well, along with scenes 3 and 5. Yes, that means what you think it means.)
