When the writer says, IN ALL CAPITALS, in her author's note, that a story is a ONE-SHOT, you will not win bonus points by asking her to continue.
Chances are, she DOES NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, and is not eagerly thinking of new ideas to make you happy. Instead, she is cursing you in foreign languages and wondering what she did wrong in a past life.
Yes, she's happy that you like the story enough to want more of it.
But she still thinks you're bloody stupid.
