In other news, I did, in fact, get my hair cut on Thursday. I even attempted to post about it, but lj was being pissy and I eventually gave up.

I mailed 11 inches of hair to Locks of Love on Friday morning, and my hair is now 1.5 inches long maximum -- the shortest it's been since I was 14 years old, I think. It's fairly cute, if I do say so myself. :-)

This cut cost me $25 plus tip, which is over ten dollars more than my last haircut (the weird one where the guy made me stand up because he couldn't deal with long hair while I was sitting down), but since A) this cut was more involved, and B) the stylist was much nicer and gave me much more confidence in his skills, I don't really mind the price hike. But I think I'll see about getting trims at a barber shop instead; those tend to be cheaper.
