I need help with Cleveland geography.

The BtVS section of "Lemonade" is set in 2005, probably in mid-autumn. At the moment, I've placed the Sarguls' portal site in an abandoned building in the Flats, probably in the East Bank, before rebuilding efforts got underway (if, indeed, there has been rebuilding and revitaliziation -- the websites I've looked at are unclear).

But I can't figure out what street address might be reasonable. Does anyone who knows Cleveland have suggestions for a place that would have been easily infiltrated by demons in 2005? I am open to a complete change of neighborhood, too, if that would make more sense.

Also, while I'm asking, where would be a good place for Faith, Robin, the Scoobies, et al to have set up camp in summer of 2004?

(I don't care whatever Joss Whedon may or may not have said in his comic series. I am working off of TV canon only, so assume that "Lemonade" goes AU right after the end of Season 7.)
