Ha! For the first time since summer of 2004, I have the internet AT HOME!

I suspect this is going to do terrible things to my writing productivity -- at least for the first week or two -- but on the other hand, it will certainly help regularize my schedule, since I won't have to keep planning around the hours and likely occupancy levels of various public computer labs. (It will also help my budget by cutting down on bus rides up the hill to Cornell. *grin*)

I'm using a Netgear wireless USB thingy to connect to my landlords' wireless network, and the best thing is that they're okay with this and aren't even going to increase my rent to pay for the service. Which is awfully kind of them, and I am VERY grateful.

Am now off to do some fiddly financial transaction stuff to my Vanguard annuity, which I never got around to doing before since I always forgot to bring the relevant paperwork with me and never had my account numbers to hand.

And then I am going to websurf. :-D
