This is part of the first lines of imaginary sequels meme I posted a couple days ago. The thing is, I suck at evocative single sentences, so I have been writing several paragraphs of imaginary sequels rather than single lines. (I am willing to keep going, btw; feel free to ask for more sequels!)
Anyway, in one case, I wrote an entire fic. *headdesk*
uminohikari asked for a sequel to Endurance, which is one of my 'Problem of Susan' Narnia fics. I had left that story inconclusive on purpose, so coming up with a sequel idea was... tricky, shall we say. And then, perhaps because I'd put in that much effort already, I just kept going. O_o The fic seems to be written loosely as a human interest newspaper article, which is a new conceit for me.
So.
Remembrance: 900 words on the inclusion of Susan Pevensie in the Church of England's calendar of Common Worship. (Yes, really. No, I have no idea what I was thinking either.)
[ETA: The final version is now available here on AO3 and here on ff.net -- hurrah!]
