wherein Liz gets a haircut
May. 20th, 2011 05:48 pmMission Haircut is a success!
12.5 inches of ponytail chopped off for donation to Locks of Love, and the remains cut into a very short style, nothing longer than 1.5 inches and most parts shorter than that.
This is going to save me ten minutes of shower-and-haircare time every morning, plus lots of shampoo and conditioner. And it is so much nicer in the summer not have hot, heavy hair pulling down my head and sticking to the back of my neck.
:-D
(If past experience holds true, in two or three years I'll be sick of short hair and go back to growing it out, but for now, this is bliss.)
