1. The Jade/Dave/Terezi fic is now at 4,300 words and STILL no porn. Damn it. How can three naked characters sitting in a bathtub with one shaving another's legs be so freaking gen?

...

I have strange talents. Apparently anti-porn is one of them.

2. I did some preemptive end-of-year fic analysis post work today -- pulling together the links, summaries, and wordcounts of everything I've written so far this year -- and not counting my NFE fic (or anything else still unfinished, including the posted segments of "Trollstuck" ch. 5), I have written 101,000 words.

It is not even halfway through August.

*blinks dazedly*

3. I am going to try writing the next section of "Trollstuck" tonight. I don't have the plot worked out exactly, but I have a general sense of the direction I want to take (balancing character development vs. the needs of this episode's plot vs. the needs of the overarching plot) and hopefully things will settle into clarity as I go. Or not. I guess we'll see what happens.

ETA, 3am: Finished, ha! But I will wait until tomorrow before posting, so I can look it over and do the chatlog coding when I am more awake. :-)
