focus is not one of my strong points
Jun. 13th, 2013 02:28 amStill scattered, dammit.
I made a few minor edits to the section of "Trollstuck" I posted last night -- two quirk error fixes, one tense fix, and a little bit of general cleanup. Then I wrote about 200 words each of "Narutostuck: Damaged Goods" (which is the story of how Karkat ended up on a 3-person team with Terezi and Dave) and ch. 16 of "The Guardian in Spite of Herself" which I thought was going to be a fight scene but seems to be turning into a tense verbal standoff instead, wtf. Probably it will still be a fight scene eventually, but somehow when I started typing it was like, nope, gonna talk a bunch now and also Naga will complain about pine needles. *hands*
My brain, ladies and gentlebeings. I still cannot make heads or tails out of my own thought processes most days.
...
I'm going to see if I can make a start on the revised epilogue of "Secrets" before I go to bed.
ETA, 3am: Okay, I now have 400 words and a much better setup to make Ginny, Bill, and Charlie have the conversation I need them to have. That's enough writing for tonight. It's time for sleep. Mmm, delicious sleep. :-)
