Pepper time again! The jalapeño is still smaller than the bell pepper -- such are the side effects of squirrel attacks in one's first week outdoors, alas -- but it is continuing to grow new leaves so it may catch up in another week. Also, as you can see by the slightly blurry third picture (taken one-handed because I needed to pull an obscuring leaf out of the way), the bell pepper is happily in bloom. Yay flowers!

In other news, I wrote another 250 words of "Weregild" part 20 tonight, and now I am going to bed because I stayed up too late yesterday and am stupidly exhausted. My life choices: occasionally they need examining. *sigh*
