As you can see, all my adorable little seedlings are growing nicely. :) I have been manually fanning them every time I'm in that part of my kitchen, which I like to think has done them some good. I've done a little watering from below -- picked up each peat cylinder, filled its plastic square with water, and stuck it back in -- because most of the seedlings now have tiny exploratory rootlets poking out from the peat. I've also been watering from above with a spray bottle in mimicry of rain, and so far only one of the seedlings has tipped under that temporary weight. (I propped it up again using its neighbors for support.)

My plan is to get my back porch scrubbed and sprayed this week so I can repot my peppers and move them outside on a trial basis. (They haven't been getting much exposure this past week, because it has been disgustingly hot and I've had my apartment sealed up and the AC running 24/7.) Now I just need to decide which of my various pots to use, since I only have half as many seedlings this year as I did last year... *ponders options*
