We have a new hire at the rental office, so as of today I am free of overtime -- FREE, I TELL YOU!!!

Of course I lost most of my workday to taking New Hire (...I will come up with an appropriate nickname once I know her better) around our properties so she gets a sense of what apartments we have and where they are, but hey, it's a little extra work now to save a LOT of work later on. :D

Also yesterday I got started on my tax law continuing education for 2019, so that's another thing ticked off my list. (Well. 2 of 18 required credits, which isn't much, but 2 is more than 0 so I'll take it.)
