We are prepping for opening day, and things are heating up on the renewal and switch front. Also, I always forget how much talking I have to do on tours -- and when it's big group tours, it's a kind of loud, projected speech that is particularly hard on the throat, because I'm trying to make a dozen-plus people hear me clearly over random street noise and their own side conversations. *sigh*

Well, I finally finished updating the NYSEG forms and printed/filed about two thirds of them, so there's that. (I would have been done yesterday, or maybe even Saturday, except I keep getting interrupted by other stuff so the task got broken into small chunks and thus took forever.) I have been doing my part to keep our website up to date. I have posted ads on Craigslist. I have spent a LOT of time explaining the rental process to people both in-person and via telephone.

Now I'm working on making new master parking charts for 2019-20, which is another task that's more tedious than anything. I would also print new blank leases for all our parking spaces, except Aunt Boss wants to update the parking lease form a bit first, so that will have to wait for Monday.

...

I'm heading down to NJ on Tuesday (to pick up and sort my parents' mail, since they couldn't stop it for the entirety of their vacation), but I'm starting to think I may need to drive back north on Wednesday morning instead of Wednesday afternoon, in case I need to be at the office for a few hours to do prep work for opening. Which will be a zoo. Eh, I'll ask Aunt Boss and Mom Boss on Monday and plan from there.
