Today I:
1. Assembled move-out packets.
2. Distributed move-out packets.
3. Answered inquiries.
4. Inspected an apartment and notified maintenance of one thing that still needs fixing before the new tenant arrives tomorrow afternoon.
5. Cleared up some database crud, and left requests for more database scrubbing with a person who has access to the relevant commands.
6. Started making three new spreadsheets necessary for summer turnovers: the master key log, the turnover tracking spreadsheet, and the spreadsheet I will need to build both the move-in inspection tracking spreadsheet and the new key envelope labels. (That one starts with a Rent Manager report exported to Excel, but that report then needs to be corrected and added to by hand, so I spent my afternoon hunting glitches. *sigh*)
7. Corralled the office snake plant into order with a circular stake support doohicky I bought yesterday at Agway. Victory is mine! ...And now I get to figure out what to do with the hardware from my previous, only partially-successful plant control attempt. I'm sure the pieces will be useful for something. Maybe propping up some raspberry canes???
8. Accidentally left all my pill bottles at work, whoops! I took them in with me this morning because I was running late, but then I stashed them in a sensible out-of-the-way place and therefore overlooked them when tossing stuff in my bag at the end of the day. Ah well, it's not like taking my pills at work two days in a row will hurt me.
