This not having internet access in my room is interesting. On the one hand, I'm writing a lot more (well, I get bored, and I only have so many physical books on hand...) but on the other, all my waiting plot bunnies seem to have taken this as an invitation to attack me with their vicious sharp teeth, and drag new friends along with them.
So I'm still not finished with "Secrets" chapter 7, because I was writing more stuff in the post-war scenario laid out in "Restoration: Pause" and "Restoration: Building on Sand."
I have 5 little scenes in that scenario now, and I think they might be worth submitting to FA as one chapter -- I'd do them separately, but two don't even make 500 words, which is the minimum chapter length. We have "Building on Sand" in which Ginny and Luna become friends, "Hollow Men" in which Neville goes home, "Pause" in which Ron and Hermione worry about Harry, "The More Things Change..." in which McGonagall talks to Snape, and "Second Chances" in which Draco has no idea what to do with his life now.
I'd send it to my betas, but I've been sending them too much stuff recently, particularly since I usually don't bother them for months at a time. *sigh* This is the other problem with suddenly writing a lot.

Date: 2004-09-03 02:12 am (UTC)And actually, I just finished chapter 7 of "Secrets" tonight. (You really like it? *does dance of authorial glee*) So it should be posted by the end of September -- I have to attack it with the Editing Pen of Death and then let my betas fix it up, which will take a while.
