I think it means whoever wrote and/or translated that cookie was not very good at English sentence grammar and maybe didn't realize word order mattered. Um, that's my vote anyway.

...The way you phrase that reminds me of the slogan over the gate of Buchenwald, which is, IIRC, "Jedem das Seine," which can mean either "to each his own" or, implicitly, "You get what you deserve." Um. *eyes fortune warily*
